Private Dining Room
A 20-seat private dining room adjoins Onslow and is available for booking by residents. The perfect venue to host a dinner party or private function. Fully equipped with a kitchen including two ovens, two fridges and two dishwashers allows for self-catering, or catering by Onslow. The tableware for 20 settings includes plates, cutlery and glassware meaning that hosting a three-course social event is no problem.
The private dining room also features audio and projection facilities enabling special events.
Residents Cinema
A private cinema with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment can comfortably seat sixteen people. Residents can make private bookings and enjoy cinema quality 4K HDR movies and sport with full 7.1 surround sound. Apple TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Neon, Disney, and SkyGo is available.
The Social Club at The International hosts a weekly film club to watch, discuss, and appreciate films. Members often share a passion for cinema, engaging in conversations about various genres, directors, and cinematic techniques. The Film Club provides a communal space for film enthusiasts to explore and enjoy the art of storytelling through movies.
Library
The world’s best hotels have libraries and so does The International. A quiet hideaway on the podium level of the building, the library has floor-to-ceiling custom shelving and luxurious furniture throughout – not to mention a private garden to give you added tranquility. Order a whisky from Onslow in winter or a champagne in the summer. The library provides the perfect environment to escape, sit back and unwind.
A large collection of DVDs and boardgames are availble for residents to borrow, and books can be signed out of the library to read at home.
The library is also home to the residents’ Book Club.

At The International, there is a large outdoor swimming and spa pool, heated to enjoy for year-round use. There are luxury lounge chairs and sun umbrellas for spending a lazy afternoon. In the afternoon and early evening the area is drenched in sun and by night, the lights of the inner-city glitter above you.
Start the day in the pool with the cool embrace of water soothing the senses, refreshing both body and mind. Or end the day in a sanctuary of tranquility, where warm spa waters cradle and cocoon, inviting a blissful surrender to relaxation.
The sauna is a place for residents to soothe tired muscles after a busy day, warm up on a chilly evening, or simply take some time out.
Modern changing rooms with hot showers are available poolside.

Concierge
Building management and concierge services are provided by DMFM.
DMFM are a professional Building and Facilities Management company who manage all building services at The International. This includes the day-to-day essentials of cleaning and maintenance as well as regulatory and compliance matters such as annual building warrant of fitness, and health & safety. DMFM oversee all contractors to the building and assist with long term maintenance planning and capital projects.
Enhancing the resident experience at The International, the team offer a range of concierge services. They can assist with any request such as laundry & dry cleaning, domestic cleaning services, grocery deliveries, pot plant maintenance and apartment care while away can all be arranged (fees may apply).
Social Club
The International is renowned for its sense of community with The International Social Club reflecting many of the community’s social activities and interests. Groups include the Film Club with its weekly screenings, the monthly Book Club, and the Art Club. Other social activities are run on a regular basis or as a one-off including group theatre and concert bookings, private music recitals, and wine tastings. Onslow also hosts quarterly “Residents’ Dinners” where all residents are welcome. It is a great opportunity to enjoy wonderful food and connect with members of the community. You may have experience or expertise in an area that could be shared with fellow residents. The social club activities are organised on an informal basis – whether regular or not – and are separate from the Body Corporate Committee.
